To preserve user data, our un-installers will not remove some files from your computer. Occasionally, these files can cause problems when updating to a newer version of the plugin. We'll need to manually remove them to see if they are causing the problems you are experiencing.
Navigate to the following directories and delete the AirEQ Premium or E2Deesser plugin files.
AAX: /Program Files/Common Files/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins
VST2 (32 Bit): /Program Files (x86)/VstPlugins
VST2 (64 Bit): /Program Files/VstPlugins
VST3 (32 Bit): /Program Files (x86)/Common Files/VST3
VST3 (64 Bit):/Program Files/Common Files/VST3
Go to /ProgramData/Eiosis and delete the AirEQ Premium or E2Deesser folder.
If you have made user presets, make a backup before deleting this folder.
NOTE: The ProgramData folder is hidden by default; if you can't see it, go to Folder Options > Advanced Settings and select "Show Hidden Folders."
